Terms of Service

1. Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your login details private and do not share them. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase a course.

2. What you get when you buy a course

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch that course on the Service for as long as the Service operates. You may watch as many times as you like.

Course content is for your own learning. It may not be copied, downloaded, recorded, screen-captured, redistributed, resold, shared or shown to others, in whole or in part, by any means.

3. Protection of course content

Videos are encrypted and carry a dynamic watermark tied to your account. If content from your account appears outside the Service, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund and pursue any remedies available to us.

Attempting to bypass encryption, watermarking, playback limits or any other protection is a breach of these terms.

4. Payments and no refunds

Courses are digital content. Access is granted immediately after payment, and preview lessons are available before you buy so that you can judge the teaching style and quality first.

Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by the law of your country.

If a video will not play or you cannot access something you paid for, contact support and we will fix the access problem.

5. Safety and results

Phone and electronics repair involves heat, sharp tools, chemicals and electricity. Techniques shown in the courses are performed by experienced technicians. You carry out any repair at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, tools and the devices you work on.

We teach methods that work for us. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular repair outcome, skill level or income.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update, add or remove lessons, change the player or hosting provider, and improve the Service over time. We will not remove a course you have purchased without giving you reasonable notice and continued access to equivalent content where practical.

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access.

7. Intellectual property

All videos, text, images, diagrams and other materials on the Service belong to RabbitFix or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RabbitFix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for damage to devices, tools or property arising from your use of the Service or of the techniques it teaches. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
